History

Harvester Archers is a Target Archery club in Doncaster, South Yorkshire.
It was originally established in 1952 with support from the International Harvester Company (later to become  J Case Tractors).

The club has evolved into a self funded organisation, currently based at the

Astrea Academy

Weston Road

Doncaster

DN4 8ND

Members shoot Recurve, Compound and Longbows.

Shooting occurs weekday evenings Tuesday and Thursdays and on Sunday Afternoons outdoors between April – September and indoors between October - March.

There is a long history of serving the community by holding “Have-a-go” events at for example Cantley Park and Townfields for those who want to try something new. We also run Beginners Courses for those who want to take it further and for established archers we have run a number of competitive Tournaments.

The club is affiliated with Archery GB (the national governing body and formerly the Grand Archery National Society), the Yorkshire Archery Association and the Northern Counties Archery Society.
